Moreover, these awards are designed with a focus on promoting mental well-being. Each qualification level is comprised of three units of study:

Each unit will explore distinct focus topics. For instance, at Level 1, the 'Developing Myself and My Performance' unit will centre on 'Health and Wellbeing', whereas at Level 2, the same unit will shift its focus to 'International Links'. Upon successful completion of the Level 2 Award in Employability during Year 12, students will have the option of enhancing their prospects further by enrolling in the Level 2 Certificate in Employability during Year 13. This extended qualification is designed to elevate their employability and make them even more competitive in the job market.
