The Kingsley Sports Hub
Sport for All
Our all-weather Astro Pitch, 4 grass pitches, outdoor netball and tennis courts, dojo and indoor Sports Hall provide recreational, training and match venues for a range of team and individual sports. Available every day during term-time from 5.00pm until 10.00pm, weekends from 9.00am and all day throughout the longer Kingsley school holidays.
The Kingsley Arts Hub
Promoting Performing Arts in North Devon
Our 400-seat theatre comprises portable staging, stage wings, 'green rooms', stage drapes and legs, lighting and sound rigs, technician's box, auditorium, dress-circle and a foyer. This is the perfect arts venue for all your music and theatre performance needs, including free parking, in easy walking distance of Bideford town centre.
Hospitality can be arranged in either the Theatre Bridge exhibition space, or in the adjoining school library.
In addition to the Theatre, we have a well-appointed drama and dance studio, complete with lighting rig, wall-mirrors, 'barre', and black-out drapes.
Residential Accommodation
Superior group accommodation in North Devon
Our 3 bespoke boarding houses can accommodate groups of up to 110 people in single, double and triple-person rooms. Each house offers newly refurbished accommodation, showers and bathrooms, a lounge area and a kitchen / dining area. Additionally, groups may be catered for in our panelled school Dining Hall.
Group accommodation during the school holiday periods provides access to the many outdoor activities and tourist destinations along the North Devon coast and is available to school parties in early July. Contact the Development Office directly for details and costings.
Classroom Hire
Flexible learning spaces
Our range of classrooms, science laboratories, hospitality suite, library and seminar rooms can accommodate company training days, short and long adults' and children's learning courses and any combination of work, vocational, or recreational learning or training. Please contact the Development Office above to discuss all your requirements.
