Firefly

Overview

Use the instructions below to activate your Firefly account and log in for the first time using a computer.

You will find details about downloading an app to your phone for mobile access further down this page.

From your desktop or mobile, you can access;

• Your child's learning resources, arranged by subject.
• Tasks that teachers will be setting as homework tasks, further study tasks or Key Assessment preparation tasks.
• Your child's timetable.

Activating Your Account

Follow the steps below to activate your account:

1. Click: ksb.fireflycloud.net
2. Select New to Firefly? Activate your account.
3. Enter the email address the school already holds on record for you, then select Activate account. An email is sent to you.
4. Check your email inbox. Make sure to check your spam filters if you don't find it anywhere.
5. Open the email and select Activate Account.
6. Enter the password of your choice, then confirm it.
7. Choose Activate Account.
8. Your account is activated and you're now logged in to the Parent Portal.

Logging In

To login to Firefly after you've activated your account, follow the steps below:

1. In your browser, navigate to the parent portal address: ksb.fireflycloud.net
2. Select Parents and enter your username and password.

Resetting a forgotten password

1. Click: ksb.fireflycloud.net.

2. Select Forgotten your password?

   

3. Enter your username or email address. This must be the address that is registered with the school.

4. Choose Reset password. 

5. In your mailbox, follow the reset link that was sent to you to choose a new password.

Download the app on your mobile devices

You will be prompted to input the school code to link the app which is: ksb
