Kingsley Devon Welcomes Renowned Authors for Appledore Book Festival Schools Programme
Kingsley Devon.com is thrilled to announce its participation in the Appledore Book Festival Schools Tours programme, bringing a lineup of acclaimed authors to inspire and engage our students.
The exciting schedule features:
- Monday 23rd September, 9:35 AM - 10:20 AM: Author Dave Cousins will be captivating Year 7 and 8 students with a talk in the school theatre
- Wednesday, September 25th, 11:35 AM - 12:20 AM: Author Lisa Williamson will be visiting the theatre to connect with Year 9 and 10 students
- Thursday, September 26th, 9:35 AM - 10:20 AM: Author Luke Palmer will be leading a workshop in the library for our Year 11 students.
This initiative aligns perfectly with Kingsley Devon's commitment to fostering a love for literature and promoting creative expression amongst our students. By interacting with accomplished authors, students gain valuable insights into the writing process and are further inspired to explore the world of storytelling.
